What this site is

This site is an independent guide to Deal Soldier, a deal-hunting community that sends clearance and price-drop alerts, sold on Whop. We are an affiliate: when you follow a link to Whop and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don't sell anything on this site, take payments or create accounts.

When you buy, you deal directly with Whop, under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your name, email or payment details from them.

What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

We don't ask for or collect special category data, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Who receives data

We don't sell personal data.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers process data in the United States or the EU. We rely on the UK's adequacy regulations (for the EU and EEA, and for US companies certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or, where those don't apply, on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to move it to another service, and to object to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it: use the cookie settings button on any page. Email maximeyao12345@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

Complaints

Please tell us first at maximeyao12345@gmail.com. We'll confirm we've received your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we're doing about it. You can also complain to the Information Commission, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
